From the moment I first placed the CD in my car I became truly changed, and not just by the business practicality it offers and challenged me with, but also by the human story I felt myself connecting to.

This book is great and I can relate to it because my department is a business on it's own. Same goes for any departments within a business. In that sense, I can be a leader within my business(department).

Not only does it have rock solid principles for conducting a business and really for living one's life, but it is entertaining as well.
