I just finished your new book ... thank you! Simple but very deep.

Often while reading I was met with the biblical principals I was taught as a young man in Bible college. At times the book follows what I believe is our creator's design... i.e. you're not your past, the future holds great opportunity for individual maturity, serving others is vital to a healthy, happy, whole life.

One New Testament example would be the Apostle Paul's discourse regarding Abraham as the father of our faith prior to having children and now Abraham was too old to be a father... Romans 4:17 KJV (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and CALLETH THOSE THINGS WHICH BE NOT AS THOUGH THEY WERE.

I love that stuff... it gives temendous hope...

That sounds like bending the future to a particular vision or plan (regardless of the past or even the present situation)!
